The Online Services Center uses session cookies to control the users interaction with the Online Services Center. This cookie is non persistent, and expires when the user leaves the Online Services Center.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – When making inquires and changes, pages are transmitted using secure sockets layer security, which encrypts and protects the information as it travels between your computer and the system.
Most browsers are capable of rending these pages. However network configuration (firewalls) or browser configuration may interfere with SSL communications.
